CNA Classes in New Hampshire

Before beginning the CNA certification process in New Hampshire, a student will be required to have certain criteria already met. First, they must have completed a GED, passed a background check successfully, and have a passed TB test on file during the six months prior to pursuing a training program.

From there, then, a student in New Hampshire must enter and complete a CNA training program at an accredited institution. The course programs can vary but at a minimum, students who want the license must complete at least seventy-five hours of a program to meet the criteria for certification testing. They must pass the state of New Hampshire licensing exam known as the Certified Nursing Assistant Exam. A student will not be considered as eligible if this is not successfully passed within the state. After completing the certification, they must pass another TB test and a federal and state background test.

The cost of this program will vary based upon the information that is provided and where the classes are taken. Yet, it is important to know that there will be a fee in New Hampshire for the coursework that you pursue and the test itself.
